Google Business Profile Management
The 62 Agency keeps it complete, active and answered, every week.
Posts, photos, reviews, questions, services, listings. The things Google looks at when it decides which business to show, and the things almost nobody goes back and touches. We do that work and send you a report every month showing where you stand and what changed.
Free. No obligation. We send it within one business day.
Every week
Relevance and prominence get built, and they get built the slow way: a little every week, for as long as you want to hold the position.
What we need from you is photos. Keep sending pictures from your jobs and we'll handle the rest. You'll get a note when things go up, and we'll ask if we need anything else.
A new post every week. Written for your trade and your city, with a photo. Google reads an active profile as an open business, and most profiles in your category haven't been touched in a year.
Your job photos, tagged so they count. You send us pictures from the work you're already doing. We tag every one with your service area and what's in it, so Google reads them as evidence of where you work instead of decoration.
The questions section, filled in. Google lets anyone post a question on your profile, and anyone answer it, even a stranger. We add the questions customers actually ask and answer them ourselves, in your voice, so the right answer is already there.
Your services and categories, filled in properly. The parts of a profile almost nobody finishes. This is the single most common thing we find wrong.
Reviews
We ask your customers for a review after the job, and we follow up once with the ones who meant to and forgot. Every review that comes in gets a reply, usually the same day. Good ones get thanked by name. Bad ones get a calm, specific answer, because the next person reading your profile sees your reply before they decide whether to call.
A profile with two hundred reviews and no replies tells Google, and everyone reading it, that nobody's home.
The phone number on your profile
The number on your Google profile becomes a line we can see. You find out how many calls Google is actually sending you, which is something most owners have never known, and it shows up in your monthly report next to everything else.
If one of those calls rings out, the caller gets a text within seconds, so they stop dialing down the list.
Want those calls answered, not just texted back?
See the AI Front Desk →Getting listed everywhere
Google cross-checks your listing against the rest of the internet. An old address on one directory and a disconnected number on another is the kind of thing that quietly costs you trust you didn't know you'd lost.
We get you listed across the major directories, keep them in sync when something changes, and clear out the duplicates and the listings somebody else created for you years ago.
AI answers
Not most of them, and not yet. But when somebody asks an AI assistant for a plumber in their area, it answers from the same public record Google reads: your listings, your reviews, what your website says you do. The work on this page is what makes you legible to all of it.
Your monthly report shows where you come up in those answers, next to where you come up on the map. We track it because it's moving, not because anyone can promise you a position in it.
The same public record Google reads. Complete and current gives you a chance at the answer. Out of date takes it away.
The report
Once a month you get a report showing where you stand and what we did: where you rank across your service area, how many calls came off your profile, and the work that went in. It's a record of the work that went in and where you stand, not a summary somebody wrote to look busy. It comes by email.
What it doesn't do
Nobody can, and anyone who says they can is about to cost you money.
That's against Google's rules and against ours.
But your website and your profile have to agree with each other, so when we find something on the site that's holding the profile back, it goes in your report in plain language that whoever looks after your website can act on.
This is the part of Google you don't pay Google for.
What it costs
No two profiles need the same work. One business is short on reviews and fine everywhere else. Another has never posted, has three categories missing, and turns up under a phone number that stopped working in 2019.
So we start with the free report, tell you what's actually missing and what it would take to fix, and build the plan around that. If you don't want a piece of it, it isn't in your plan and it isn't in your price.
Plus a one-time setup of $497.
Already on an AI Front Desk plan, or buying one at the same time? Your setup drops, because we only onboard you once.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. You'll get a straight answer.
Two things. At the start, add us as a manager on your Google profile. After that, send us photos from your jobs as you go. That's the one thing only you can give us. Everything else is ours, you'll get a note when work goes up, and we'll ask if we need anything.
You do, always. We're added as a manager, and you can remove us any day with two clicks. Nothing we set up locks you in.
The posting, the replies and the profile fixes start the first week. Google takes its own time with everything else, and nobody can speed that up. The monthly report shows you where you stand and what went in.
It depends on what your profile needs, which is what the free report is for. Plans start at $497 a month plus a one-time setup. You'll get the number before you're asked to decide anything.
Maybe not, and the free report will tell you. If your profile is complete, active and answered, we'll say so and point you at the one thing worth doing. If that's nothing, we'll say that too.
No. This is your Google Business Profile: the listing with the map, the reviews and the phone number. If something on your website is holding the profile back we'll flag it in your report, but the website work isn't ours.
It's built by software, set up and watched by us. That's how it stays weekly instead of whenever somebody remembers. If you want to see posts before they go up, you can, and most owners stop asking after the first month.
We reply to it, calmly, so the next person sees your side. If it breaks Google's rules we flag it. We can't promise Google takes it down, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Where you rank for your trade across your service area, what's missing from your profile, how many reviews you have and how many you've answered, and which businesses Google is showing where you don't come up.
The report is free and it takes us one business day. If it says you're fine, you'll hear that from us.
