Privacy Policy — The 62 Agency

Effective date: August 14, 2026

The 62 Agency is a brand operated by Sixty Two Media LLC ("The 62 Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit the62agency.com (the "Site") or contact us.

1. Who we are

The 62 Agency sets up lead-capture and follow-up systems for local service businesses. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected] or (602) 905-8919.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and some information automatically:

Information you give us:

Contact form — your first name, phone number, email address, and message.

Phone calls — a recording and a written transcript of calls with us, including calls answered by our AI phone assistant. See Section 5.

Website chat — the messages you send us through the chat window on our Site, and any contact details you provide there.

Any other information you choose to include when you email, call, or message us.

Information collected automatically:

Basic usage and device data (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring links), collected through cookies and standard website analytics.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries;

Contact you about your inquiry, our services, and related follow-up;

Set up, deliver, and support the services you engage us for;

Keep an accurate record of what was discussed on a phone call, and improve how we handle calls;

Improve our Site and understand how it's used;

Send you updates or offers only where you have consented (see SMS and email below);

Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and check the applicable consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from The 62 Agency:

Non-marketing (transactional) messages about your inquiry, appointments, and related follow-up; and/or

Marketing/promotional messages (only if you separately consent to those).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services (such as customer service) is permitted. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the aggregators and providers of our text-messaging service who help deliver the messages you have asked to receive.

5. Phone calls, call recording, and our AI assistant

We record calls. When you call (602) 905-8919, the call is recorded. You will hear a notice at the start of every call telling you so, before the call is answered. If you would rather not be recorded, please hang up and reach us by email at [email protected] instead.

We record calls to keep an accurate record of what was discussed, to make sure we follow up on what we promised, and to improve how we handle calls. We also create a written transcript of recorded calls, stored alongside the recording.

A recording or transcript may include anything you share during the call, such as your name, your business name, your phone number and email address, and what you tell us about your business.

Some of our calls are answered by an AI assistant. It identifies itself as an AI, and it will confirm that plainly if you ask. What you say during the call is processed by the AI and telephony providers that power it so the assistant can understand and respond, and your answers may be saved to your contact record with us.

Recordings and transcripts are stored on the GoHighLevel platform and are covered by the same sharing, retention, and security terms as the rest of this policy. You can ask us to delete the recording and transcript of your call by emailing [email protected].

6. Email

If you contact us or opt in, we may send you emails about your inquiry, our services, or updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We may use analytics services that collect standard usage data to help us improve the Site.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our website and CRM platform, email/SMS delivery providers, and analytics tools), under agreements that require them to protect your information;

When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;

In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale), subject to this policy.

The 62 Agency operates on the GoHighLevel platform, which stores and processes form submissions and communications on our behalf.

All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for the aggregators and providers of our text-messaging service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to you, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Your choices and rights

You may:

Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;

Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP);

Ask questions about how your data is used.

To make a request, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-party links

Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
